I'm thinking Bandie for some reason... But then, where's the pants? There'd at least be a blur of colour on 'em...

So expired film that got developed or a really old and warped and wonky photo?

I love this the blurry-ness almost gives it the look that it has been drawn, did you give it a filter of aqua color if so then the blue tint is a freaking wonderful touch and it makes all the colors come together nicely ^_^.
